AI is everywhere, but how do we actually use it? In this session, we’ll look at practical, hands-on ways to use AI as a speaker and leader. We’ll walk through what works, what to avoid, and how to upgrade your skills with a "Super-Mentor" while keeping your authentic human voice at the heart of every message.
Bio:
Csaba Szökőcs has over 25 years of experience in software development, primarily within agile environments for industrial automation and railway projects. Throughout his career, he has held roles as a developer, software architect, and product owner, and has managed international projects consisting of up to eight Scrum teams. A member of Toastmasters since 2018, Csaba has served in several leadership capacities, including Area and Division Director in Hungary. He received the Director of the Year award in both positions. In 2019, he founded a corporate Toastmasters club that has achieved President’s Distinguished status in most years since its inception. Beyond his leadership roles, Csaba frequently speaks at international conferences such as HUSTEF and TestCon and provides mentoring for other presenters. He holds an informatics degree from Babeș-Bolyai University and has lectured on software development at several institutions and universities.
