Workshop Highlights:
Great speakers know how to move an audience, but great leaders know how to anchor one.
In this dynamic and experiential workshop, you will explore the psychology behind vocal authority and discover which “inner captain” drives your leadership style on stage.
Through live group simulations and experiential exercises, you’ll uncover:
- The difference between performance and presence
- How internal identity shapes external influence
- What your audience mirrors back to you
If you’re ready to evolve from delivering powerful speeches to leading with grounded authority, this workshop is for you.
Bio:
Adina is a seeker of meaning, truth and human depth. A curious person, attentive to details, with a deep desire to understand life, people and the relationships between us. This curiosity led her to explore many questions about life, especially about her professional path and the role work plays in her sense of purpose and fulfillment. It also led her to support others in reconnecting with themselves. Today, she is a psychologist, career coach and trainer, dedicated to experiential learning through workshops and 1:1 coaching sessions. She believes that one of the biggest obstacles in achieving what we truly want is our mindset. When we learn to recognize and tame our inner saboteurs, we create the space to move forward with clarity, courage and intention.
