Workshop Highlights:
Most of us are equipped to deal with an average amount of uncertainty, disruption and change. We all know that not everything always goes to plan and we have developed adequate capacity to pick ourselves up and brush ourselves off, enough resilience to ‘bounce back’ recover and carry on. But what happens when uncertainty and disruption become the new norm - rippling out from everywhere through all areas of our lives and business in our interconnected world? Business as usual isn’t looking too usual these days. In these times resilience - our capacity to bounce back after adversity - wears thin. What if there was a better way? There is! There is one overlooked and underrated quality that all Toastmasters have to make them unstoppable. In this workshop you will understand the pitfalls of being ‘hyper’ resilient, identify your resilience origin story, and learn the 5 ‘beyond resilience’ shifts you can make immediately to navigate uncertainty with confidence, ease and grace, in your life, your leadership and your business.
